Cancellation Policy for Yogi's Home:

At Yogi's Home, we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected changes and challenges. We strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellation Window:

  • Classes can be cancelled up to 8 hours before the scheduled class time without any charges.

• Cancellation Process (2 options):

  • You can move your pass via our booking system Book When you can follow the instructions provided in this support article: Booker - Transferring a Ticket.

• Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made within the 8-hour window leading up to the class will be considered late cancellations.

  • Members will be charged the full class fee for late cancellations.

• No-Show Policy:

  • If a member fails to cancel a reservation and does not attend the class (no-show), the full class fee will be retained.

• Refund and Class Rescheduling:

  • We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Members may reschedule a class up to 8 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges, subject to class availability.

  • If you would like to receive a refund up to 8 hours before the scheduled class please get in touch at info@yogishome.co.uk

  • We do not offer refunds for the 6 class passes. Only single classes.

• Emergency Situations:

  • We understand that emergencies may arise. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
